Pixel Tags
A pixel tag is a small string of code that represents a clear graphic image and is used in conjunction with a cookie. A pixel tag allows us to capture certain additional types of information about a visitor’s actions on a web site, such as a visitor’s cookie number, the time, date, duration and number of page views, a description of the page where the tag is placed and details about any items that were purchased. Pixel tags help us analyze our customers’ online behavior and measure the effectiveness of our website and our advertising. We work with service providers that help us track, collect and analyze this information.
We collect information from other sources. We may collect information about you from a friend or family member. A customer may purchase a product from us and request that we deliver it to you. Also, we may ask that friend a tag you, as one of their friends, in one of our social media posts in order to enter into a sweepstakes that we sponsor. We may also collect information about you from our financing partners, our data and analytics partners and our other business partners – for marketing purposes and to provide targeted content to you.

Our reasons for disclosing your information include:
Operational Vendors – To enable vendors to perform operational services on our behalf.
We may also share your personal information with vendors that need access to your personal information to provide us with operational support services. These operational vendors include payment processors, delivery routers, contractors and schedulers, shippers, product suppliers, product order processors, fraud prevention vendors, technical service vendors, human capital management service providers, and vendors that conduct surveys on our behalf. These vendors must agree to appropriate restrictions on the disclosure and use of your information. Unless otherwise disclosed to you, these vendors are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for their own marketing purposes or to advertise directly to you.
Please note that we do not sell your information and that we do not receive any money in exchange for sharing your information. From time to time, however, we may authorize our service providers and third parties with whom we share your information to use such information to improve their products and service offerings, including those services they offer to Mattress Pros.
Advertisers and Marketers – To market our products and promotional offerings to you and to enable you to provide feedback on products you purchase.
We may share your information with advertising and marketing partners for purposes of providing you with targeted advertising, promotions and other offerings and to enable you to provide feedback about products you purchase. Suppliers – To assist you with warranty claims and to ship products directly to you.
In instances where we do not administer a product’s warranty, we may provide your information to the vendor of that product so that your warranty claim can be handled. We might also share information with the vendors of our products and services to respond to your reviews and questions.
Also, if a supplier is responsible for shipping a ordered product to you, we provide your information to the supplier so that the product you ordered can be shipped to you.
Government Authorities – If we think we have to in order to comply with the law.
We may disclose your information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also disclose your information if a government agency, law enforcement or investigatory body requests it.
Law Enforcement and Collection Agencies.
We may disclose your information if we suspect fraud. We may also share your information as part of an investigation. We may also disclose your information to assist us in collecting a debt owed by you.

How We Secure Information
Mattress Pros takes information security seriously. We have taken certain physical, electronic, contractual and managerial steps to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We have limited access to private and confidential data to those employees with a specific need to retrieve this information. To maintain this highest level of security, we do not store private information on any of our public facing websites. We do not direct our websites to, nor do we knowingly collect, any personal information from children under the age of 18.
All of your information is encrypted before it is transmitted across the Internet. Additionally, the information you provide when you place an order is encrypted (or coded) using a secure server for maximum security. This coding makes it extremely difficult for anyone to reach your information as it moves through our ordering system.
To check the security of your computer, look for a padlock to either the left or right of the URL. If you see a closed padlock, then the encryption technology is active and the server is secure. You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When you access a secure server, the initial characters of the site address will be “https.”
Third Party Advertising Partners and Your Privacy Preferences
We use third-party service providers to serve advertisements (banners or links) on our behalf across the Internet. These advertising service providers may collect information about your visits to our website, and your interactions with our products and services. Such information does not include your name, address, e-mail address or financial information. The information is collected through the use of cookies and pixel tags. In addition to the information about your visits to our website, our service providers may also use the information about your visits to other websites to target advertisements for products and services available from Mattress Pros.
Currently, we use third party-placed tracking pixels and cookies from the following advertising delivery partners: Facebook and Google. In the future we may partner with other companies to provide interest-based advertising, both on and off our websites. If this occurs, Mattress Pros provides you with an opportunity to opt out when these advertisements are served. You may manage your third-party advertising preferences by clicking on the links below:

Facebook Custom Audience Ads
We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Facebook through a tool offered by Facebook called the Custom Audience Tool. This tool allows us to personalize our ads based on your shopping experience with us. We do not share any of your personal information, including your shopping history, with Facebook. The tool lets Mattress Pros convert your e-mail address to a unique number that Facebook uses to match to unique numbers Facebook generates from e-mail addresses of its users.

Google Custom Match Ads
We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Google through a tool offered by Google called the Custom Match Program. This tool allows us to personalize our ads based on your shopping experience with us. The tool lets Mattress Pros to convert your e-mail address to a unique number that Google uses to match to unique numbers Google generates from e-mail addresses of its users.
